Yesterday, I picked up the plans at Dave's house. I am delighted with the results. I had forgotten how some of the interior was laid-out; however, I was never concerned about re-reviewing the interior ~ I had you spearheading that component of the project. I am thrilled with many aspects of the project, to date:

A We were able to meet, face-to-face, once w/ mom and capture exactly what we were looking for;

B. Electronic remote Go-to-Meetings were excellent ~ we were able to address matters quickly and seamlessly;

C. I find working with you to be an absolute joy ~ I have not felt any anxiety at all ~ and I'm a virgin to all of this!

Rick ~ I know your phase of the project has sunset. I thank you for designed a truly wonderful home. Needless-to-say, you will be kept abreast of the build, and, naturally, will be invited to the house warming party.

Hope you are going to have a Merry Christmas!  My son is home for Christmas and showed me how to upload these photos.  Sorry it took me so long to get them to you.  Our goal is to be in the home by March.  We are so happy with the architecture of this home.  Everything has gone much smoother than expected--with no serious or costly problems.  It is a gorgeous plan, and we have already gotten many compliments on it and the workmanship.  Thanks so much for the encouragement and talent that you have given to this project
